Rose Flavor Coconut Rabri Pudding

How to make Rose flavor coconut rabri pudding

For Quick Rabri we need these
Preparation Time for instant rabri- 5 mins , Cooking Time: 20 mins Total Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

1/2 litre fat milk
1 tbspn milk powder
3 teaspoon condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
Little bit saffron

For The Garnish
Pistachio chopped

Method
To make quick rabri,
Bring the milk to boil in a broad non-stick pan and cook for 10 minutes. Now add milk powder, and condensed milk, saffron and cardamon powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame for approx. 8 to 10 minutes, while stirring continuously and scrapping the sides of the pan.
Allow it to cool completely and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
Serve chilled garnished with pistachios.

Rose flavor Coconut pudding recipe

Ingredients

1 cup desiccated coconut powder or fresh coconut crumbs
2 tbspn milkmaid
1 teaspoon rose essence
1/2 teaspoon rose color
1 tbspn seasme seeds powder ( safed til)
Little bit dry fruits of your choice. I have used chopped pistachio n almonds
1 tspn ghee
1/2 cup milk
Britannia biscuits crumbs- 7 to 8 biscuits
Rose petals to garnish

Method

Take a pan and roast desiccated coconut on medium flame for 5-7 minutes till light brown color. Now low the flame and add milkmaid, mix well, now add rose color with 2 teaspoon of milk and essence, mix all properly ,add more milk for making it in a dough form, now add ghee & dry fruits and mix properly , switch off the flame and cool it for 5 minutes. Now you can give any shape of your choice. Here I have made heart shape pudding. Now give a layer of biscuits crumbs on the top of the pudding and kept it in fridge for 45 minutes to chill it.

At the time of serving topped pudding with chilled rabri and rose petals and serve it …thanda thanda cool cool😊
